Services Provided

US Transit Permit provides the following services:

  • MCS-150 Biennial Update Filing - $299 for a two-year compliance plan
  • USDOT Deactivation - $149 one-time service
  • Late Filing Assistance - Help with overdue compliance filings

We act as a third-party service provider to assist with FMCSA compliance filings. We are not a government agency.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for all filings
  • Respond promptly to any requests for additional information
  • Review all documents before final submission
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

Payment Terms

  • Payment is required at the time of service request
  • All prices are in US dollars
  • We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
  • Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy

Limitation of Liability

US Transit Permit shall not be liable for:

  • Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client
  • Delays caused by government agencies
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
